If the software won't' run on WIndows 10 then you should getyour money back.But first try installing it in Compatibility Mode:Is there an error or specific failure behavior which give us clues to help resolve it?Did you right click the program installation Setup or.exe to Run as Administrator?If so then can you create a new Admin Local Account to see if it will install without problems?This will quickly tell you that your account is corrupted, upon which we can help you fix it or move into the new Account.Next Right click task bar to open Task Manager. If necessary show More DetailsOn Details tab look for msiexec.exe, highlight to End Task.Now try install or uninstall again.If this doesn’t help you can try to Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed:This can be symptomatic of corruption.

The new version of sage does not play nicely with SBS 2011 - when you run the installer for the data service it eventually gets to a point where it says your operating system isn't support (seriously Sage, what the hell?)To get around this you have to install all of the components and prerequisites manually.
